I am a GIS Administrator attempting to configure Survey123 for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and would love your help.
I am following the steps in https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/install-and-configure-the-survey123-website-000023966 .
Our environment is thus:
My problem is that, when I'm on the Portal/Survey server and I go to https://localhost:5443/share/post-install.html (referenced in the above website), all I get is a green background which matches my visual experience with Survey123 on AGOL. However, I don't see a survey to fill out. The document says to go to that website "If the Survey123 website is installed on the same host URL as ArcGIS Enterprise". It's unclear to me if this sentence applies to me and my environment, or not.
When I go to https://fully.qualified.domain:5443/share/post-install.html from the server with the web adaptors on it, I get an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error.
What should I dig into to solve this problem?

I appreciate getting back to me. We have decided to uninstall Survey123 on Enterprise at this time and just use the cloud version, but using Enterprise data. Thank you.
