my Getac GPS will not connect with survey123,Survey can not find it even though it is searching in the right com.

Hi Todd,

What version of Survey123 are you using? Was it working in a previous version? What OS version is running on the device?

Philip,

Thank you for your reply, I have sent this getac back.  I am not looking at a getac T800 with an android OS.  It seems this will be a good fit for the survey123 app.

Any concerns with using a tablet with android OS in running the app to do collection?

Hi Todd,

No, we do not have any reported issues with Getac T800 with Android OS. It would be good to know the exact version of Android the device is running, to ensure it is supported. You can check out the Survey123 system requirements here: System requirements—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS 

Once you have the device and do some testing, please let us know if you run into any issues.
