In Survey123 Desktop Connect, as a Administrator, created a survey with the following properties

In Survey123 Website I set this options:

The other user, the Fieldworker, can access the survey in Survey123 Website and in Survey123 App but in the Survey123 App he can not existing records.
How can it make it possible?
