Feature Service not showing as a choice of template for form in Survey123

Question

I am trying to create a new survey in Survey123 Connect from a feature service on Portal. Unfortunately, the feature service is not among the choices for the survey. There are other feature services in the list that I can choose from but not the one I made for this survey. The feature service is a map created with a REST service layer. This is how all of my maps are created and some of them are there as choices. I have changed the sharing to organization but that didn't work.

Survey123 uses the /search API available in your ArcGIS Organization to query all feature services you have access to. Unfortunately this API endpoint is limited to 10,000 records so if your organization has a large number of feature services it may omit some due to the 10,000 record limit.

We have an internal issue to work around this limit but unfortunately is not planned yet. As a workaround you can set the submission_url and map the question names and types to match the fields in your feature service.
