Esri sample templates are gone from my Survey123 Connect

Until last week, when creating a new survey form on Survey123 Connect, it would appear an option to start from a esri's sample templates instead of a blank sheet, so we could see some examples of functionalities...Today, for some reason, it's missing from my connect, and I can just create a new blank form or use an existng xlsx sheeet. Does anyone know what happened and how can I bring it back?

These should be controllable under Organization > Settings. Are you the administrator? If so, easy fix. If not, you will need to contact the admin.
