I have a survey that was published using Survey123 Connect. Then data was imported to the feature layer in ArcGIS Online using the Update Data option.

Layer captures address information (without attachments) and a repeat (related table) collecting waste bin information. Attachment is enabled inside the repeat section. There are no multiple attachment questions in the survey.

As the owner of the published survey if I login to the Survey123 mobile application -> Download the Survey -> Go to Inbox and select "Refresh" I'm able to see the existing surveys submitted by users.

If I login as a User having Creator with Editing privileges and repeat the exact same steps (select "Refresh") I get an Error Code 400.

There is no query expression written to filter records inside Survey123 Inbox.

Did you check the Share Setting on the collaborate tab on the survey123 site?

Hi @SumukhRamesh

how is the layer shared? It may be that the user does not have proper permissions. Survey123 share.png

@EmilyGeo @Neal_t_k

Thank you for the suggestions. As pointed out, under Collaborate tab in Survey123, under the section "What can submitters do" the option was set to "Only add new records". I changed it to "Add and update records" and now the non-admin users are able to see existing surveys in Inbox and edit them.

Thank you.
