Error code 11 after sign in - Survey123 v3.6 website - ArcGIS Portal

Hi all,

I am getting a code11 error, again. It is using the 3.6v of Survey123. The description of the error is shown below. Any idea?

The error that multiple CORS values were returned indicates an issue with the ArcGIS Enterprise installation - likely an incorrect setting in the Web Adaptor to either provide CORS headers (if ArcGIS Enterprise is also sending the headers) or to provide the list of multiple headers.

The error that multiple CORS values were returned indicates an issue with the ArcGIS Enterprise installation - likely an incorrect setting in the Web Adaptor to either provide CORS headers (if ArcGIS Enterprise is also sending the headers) or to provide the list of multiple headers.

Good evening

When installing survey 123 web site version 3.11 I get the following error: "The survey does not exits or is not accessible".
It is installed on the same server Portal version 10.8.1, according to the solution indicated it refers to CORS. How can I solve the problem?

Hi,

I haven't tried yet but from the communication with Esri Technical Support, update to 3.12 version could help.

Also try different browser (IE or Firefox).
