I have a client who would like to be able to email a photo taken in Survey123. I didn't see that in the different blogs regarding Webhooks, but I'm not real familiar with the technology it discusses. I envision 123 launching their default email app and attaching the photo of interest. Yes? No? Thanks.

Hi Bob,

It is not currently possible to email surveys and attachments directly from the device and email client. The sending of emails or survey data to another source other than the associated feature service can not be done directly from the field app on send, but you can use webhooks to send an email or automate other post submission tasks such as attachments. See more information here:

It is possible to send attachments via webhooks, this has been done successfully by other users using Integromat for example. We have an updated Connector in EAC and available on Integromat which may assist with what you are trying to achieve.

Phil.

That’s what I got from reading Phillip. Thanks for the clarification.
