If you published your survey through the Survey123 web designer you can add your new questions to the survey and republish. The Survey123 web designer will add the fields to the feature service automatically.
If you published your survey through Survey123 Connect and you don't have a submission_url set in the settings worksheet of your XLSForm, you can add the new questions to the survey and republish, Survey123 Connect will ask you to add the fields to the feature service.
If you have a submission_url set in the settings worksheet of your XLSForm, you will need to add the new fields to the feature service before adding the questions to the survey.
