I'd love to set up a dynamic form title for my surveys. The obvious way doesn't seem to work. users often flip between multiple draft forms and it sometimes requires scrolling back to the top of the form to make sure you've got the correct one open.

Is there another way to dynamically set the form title, or to have a specific piece of information (such as address) always shown on the screen?

form_title is static and does not accept dynamic content (I see you opened a suggestion related to this).

You can achieve a similar result by formatting text in the body of your survey.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm using that strategy elsewhere and it is pretty useful. However it doesn't achieve what I'm looking to do here, which is  display a label that's always visible on screen (as the title is).

Good to know!

But annoying that they hid this universal feature underneath "multilingual surveys" and "web designer" stuff AND didn't even type out the "generated_note_" stuff so it doesn't even appear on Google (at least for me. This post is top atm...).

Feeling the same way, I just didn't have the energy to articulate it. IMO @Ismael  this deserved it's own blog post!
