Downloading images and files sended via ArcGIS Survey123 Connect

Hello all,

is there a way to download ALL the images and files, sended by the Survey form?

So far (I might be wrong) it seems to have a look to these data only by clicking on each single file via the website?

The easiest way to achieve this is to use the Export Attachments (Data Management) geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro.

If you don't have ArcPro access, you can use automation tools like Power Automate.

I use Power Automate to save attachments to One Drive, and share that One Drive folder with users.
