Has anyone had any display problems with their surveys online? I have a field that is relevant to another field, and when it appears, it appears next to the previous field and is missing it's label. I'm not sure if there is a setting I can use to move it to the next line? It appears fine on the app on a tablet, but when I access it through an online link, this happens. I attached a screenshot. The field without the label is supposed to have a "Civic Number" label above.
