Copyrights in Survey 123

Hi,

Since I develop and share xlsForms for the government, I'm wondering if there is any way to give credits to the author somewhere in Survey 123? How can I be able to share xlsForms while having the credit (copyright) for the time, work and money spent to build this thing?

Hi Cedric,

Are you referring to putting the copyright in the xlsx file itself, or in the Form item that is created/hosted in AGO/Enterprise and you see in the Download surveys menu and in the gallery?

If you want to add something to the xlsx file, you can add an additional sheet, add a note to the survey sheet with the copyright details at the end of the form, or save something into the actual file properties when you save the xlsx file.

If you want to add it to the Form item that is created/hosted in AGO/Enterprise, you could put something in the description of the item.
