Content connection not working on enterprise

Hi all,

We are using a pulldata function in a .xlsx-survey to let people login with email, a simple checker. The csv-connection is working over arcgisonline, but using this with enterprise throws the error that the .csv with the needed data can't be loaded. I think the connected content (the .csv) is somehow not found/working? Hope anybody has an idea 🙂
