Connect Make (formerly integromat) to Portal- cross posted from Enterprise questions

I'm trying to set up a webhook for my survey123 form, and I'm on Enterprise 11.3. I get an Invalid redirect_uri message when trying to connect. I've added the clientID and client secret from portal to the setup widget, but I'm not sure what's going wrong. I have a few screenshots below if anyone has connected successfully. I copied redirect url's from an old integromat blog post and tried changing to make.com/ but i suspect they are wrong. Not sure where to find them.
