Send an email when a survey response is submitted on Survey123

I could not put my work email into the email part the read icon in below screenshot. I have tried other emails (gmail and Hotmail) and it still not work

Hi Larry,

It looks like there is some permission issue with your email account.

What error did it display when you click the red exclamation mark?

Thanks Shwu-jing,

The red exclamation mark shows invalid email account. As I am working on a workplace computer and used my work ArcGIS online account- it says that I cannot use private email for the connection and it did not allow me to use work email either.- It might due to the Office365 account thing.

Hi Larry,

It does relate to the email setting or certain rules your work machine sets to. Could you try opening the new incognito windows and try to log in with your private email account or work email account? I had tried to used both and it seems to work just fine with either emails I chose to use.
