Choice_filter and multi-select: If Option A, show 1, If Option B, show 2, If Option C, D, E or F... show 3,4,5,6,7,8,9

Hi All

Need help with this scenario that I'm working on, using this as an example.
If they choose Apple, they will get red_delicious or yellow delicious
If they choose Grape, they will get merlot or concord.
If they choose ANY of the other fruits from fruitlist list_name, they will get Ivanhoe, Patriot, Violetta.
So we can't just put one fruit in column F, need assistance with the choice filter column.

Using xlsx originally provided by @DougBrowning in this great post as it was helpful to me

On Choices page, change ? to all (or anything really. I just use "all" in my forms)

On Survey page, add to your formula or fruit='all'. See below:
