After you submit a survey the following screen says "Great! Your data was sent successfully. Thanks." and has a link labelled "Please click here to submit again.".
Is it possible to change these messages?

I can see the customized post-submission text (you will find a test point in Washington state). Perhaps you are getting cached information?

Thank you for this thread above! After ensuring my survey is running on the most recent version, and clearing my cache, I am still having an issue updating my "Thank You" page. I am changing the text and publishing, but when I refresh, the old thank you text returns.

Thanks for your feedback.
We have identified a similar issue that changing the thank you screen content and publishing the survey does not take effect for some Connect surveys, this has been fixed on our beta website now. Would you mind trying to change/publish your survey there https://survey123beta.arcgis.com to see if it works for you?

You can download the latest Survey123 Connect and field app builds from the Survey123 Resources page. Previous version are not available for download, only the latest:
https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-survey123/resources
You can also install the latest versions directly from the Microsoft Store, without the need to install downloaded exes.
Do you need 3.3 in particular or just latest 3.12 release?
