Certificate Error using Make when accessing a Feature Layer

I have a scenario running in Make where I am attaching a PDF to a feature in a feature Layer.  When executing a POST using a HTTP Module I am getting the following error:

UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE: unable to verify the first certificate

I have a valid certificate and get no other certificate errors when the survey is submitted or the report is created.  I'm only getting the error when trying to attach to a feature.

Any thoughts?
