Can the Spinner size be changed?

Trying to use the spinner style in a grid and the buttons are way too big.  

Any way to resize them?

Sorry. It is not possible to control the size of the spinner control.

This would mean I need to stack them.  It seems like bordercolor only works on groups and repeats?  I would like to color the grid lines in 2x2 blocks that are not groups.  There are grid lines for each of these so it would be nice to control color line by line in connect.

Checking in to see if the spinner (or any button) size can be changed? Quick Capture does not have the level of functionality that Survey123 has.
