Can sent surveys be edited by another user?

Looking for another user to fill out a group in an already sent survey. Work flow: inspector collects data and sends survey, but there is an issue that needs to get solved. So another user (using Survey123) will complete another section of that same survey with the solution. Is this possible?

Currently the person sending in the additional information would need to use another application (like Collector, an editing web application, Web Appbuilder, Pro, etc.).  We are working on including update capability into Survey123 in future releases.
