Camera not working in diagram question.

hi.  whe are using version 3.756 with latitude5290 2 in 1.

the situation is when using the diagram question. when activate the camera sometimes came in black and when select the photo button says, camera not ready for capture. does anyone have this situation?

Hi jose,

I noticed that you mention that:

Does this mean that the camera actually works sometimes?

Can we clarify how often it does work vs how often it does not work?

 - Camera works none of the time

 - Camera works some of the time

 - Camera works most of the time

When the camera does not work, can you describe how you're operating Survey123.

Could it be that you're tapping the Camera icon twice?

hi. the problem is only in the diagram question. with other question that use the icon camera works.

1) The tablet have two cameras, when the user enter the diagram question and select the icon camera it shows the camera in front of the user, if the user then select the icon to change camera to use the rear it goes in a black screen.

in the other questions that use the camera ,the user changes from front to rear camera perfect.

2) Right now we disable the camera in front of the user and when the user enter the diagram questions and select the camera icon it works showing the image of the rear camera, only the user cant change to front camera.

Apparently is when toggle between cameras in the diagrams questions.

Thanks for the information.  This appears to be specific to this device (Dell Latitude 5290).  Could I ask that you file a case with Esri Support to create a BUG to track this issue?
