We have a pretty massive public Survey123 web form that has been open on and off for the last couple months. So far over 12,000 submissions have been made, however about 5% have been completely blank and stationed out at 0,0 lat/long. The survey has several required responses including the map location. We have been totally unable to submit a blank survey without filling in the fields first. We are wondering if there is the possibility the records are being lost in between submitting from the web form and actually being stored in AGOL?

Hello Jason Jordan‌,

Thank you for reporting this behavior! We have seen a couple other similar reports and are trying to narrow down some steps to reproduce the behavior.

To confirm for the records that are completely blank is the only information associated with those records the submission date and time?

Thank you,

Zach

Thank you,

Correct. The tracking fields are populating with the created time, as well as a couple other fields that have defaults assigned to them. But no fields that are actually in the survey form have data.
