I have an existing web layer with set locations that I want to use as a dynamic choice list for a survey question. Reading through links like this blog post it looks like the choice names and labels both have to be in the layer's fields directly, but I want to pull the choice names from the domain codes and the labels from the domain descriptions, that way the survey data has the same internal representation as the web layer's data. Does this capability exist? I can do workarounds with dumping the domain codes and descriptions to a hosted CSV file on the regular but that seems like a pain. Thanks!
