Best way to edit a form in the WebApp with relevant questions

Hello everybody.

Currently, when editing an answer to a question that controls other questions ('relevant' column), these other questions continue to store the previous values (even though they are no longer relevant). From a data integrity perspective, this is very bad for us.

This behavior only happens in WebApp (in FieldApp, everything works fine).

I would like to know the best way to edit a form in the WebApp with relevant questions to avoid these inconsistencies in the data.
