Automating workflows with Survey123 and Microsoft Power Automate (fomerly known as Microsoft Flow)

Has anyone had any issues in the string being cutoff in the email body when its sent. The dynamic features are added from survey123 normally. Don't know if I need to edit the body text or add a specific expression.

Any help is appreciated.
