Another way to filter an answer from a feature layer
Hi, I'm using AGOL's Survey123 web designer. I've discovered that sometimes the Set filter doesn't offer you any question options when using the field specifier (see pic). I've traced it to the use of a Repeat in the survey. Note that I'm using a Singleline text question that is NOT in the Repeat. The presence of the Repeat in the survey makes the Singleline text question outside of the Repeat not work! I've put in a help ticket, but I'm wondering if there's any work-around I can implement quickly.
Basically, what I'm trying to do is to automatically fill in the answer to the Singleline text question "Primary Funding Organization Type" from a feature layer that is filtered on the Organization name specified by the user in an earlier question. Using a Note works just fine to get the answer to display in the survey, but I'm going to need to use the answer in an Exp Builder editor later, so a Note is not an option.
I'm not asking for help resolving the bug with the Repeat. We've troubleshot that to death already. Just looking for another way to get the functionality I need, if there is one. Thanks for any suggestions!
