Add question to existing Survey

According to Publish your survey—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  , one can add a new question to an existing survey. I have a simple survey created in ArcGIS Online; how do I get to the design page to add an additional question to my form?

Hi Joe,

If you published the original survey using the Survey123 Web Designer, you can navigate to survey123.arcgis.com >  to My Surveys > and click on the 'Design' icon for the survey.

If it was published using Connect, you will add the fields to the XLSForm and publish again.
