I am the creator and owner of a survey form I designed to collect photographs with GPS locational information. In September I was able to access the form and responses and export that data as a point layer to ArcGIS Pro. I collected more photographs and locations in the following months and successfully submitted all that, but now I am unable to find my survey in Survey123 online or Survey123 Connect. My survey form is not listed under my content. I can access the form itself on the tablet that I used to collect photographs and locations, and I confirmed that I am listed as the owner, but I cannot figure out how to access the data collected for a second time. What could have changed between last September and now? I urgently need to access this data and I know it exists somewhere on the internet but I'm not sure how to find it. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciate, thanks all!
Instead of searching through only your content, have you tried searching your entire organization? So that way, in the event someone else took ownership of it, you'll still be able to find it.
Another thought is are you still able to submit surveys? Even if the survey/data is deleted, the form will still exist on your tablet if you already had it previously downloaded. You can confirm that the form/data still exists if you're able to successfully submit a survey.
Yes, I can successfully submit surveys - I submitted several two days ago, so I know they went somewhere.
I can see it within my organization, yes, and strangely it is still listed with me as the owner.
My only thought is that your survey was "hiding" in a folder. When searching in your content, make sure you have "All my content" selected and then search for it.
Otherwise, if you're able to access it when searching your organization, then at least you'll be able to access it that way and be able to get to the data.
I did search through "all my content" and couldn't find it hiding in any folders, unfortunately. This survey form is in deep hiding

I found the overview page for my form, but it does not list a folder. It does give me an ID number (ID: 16885220c33c4f79a31ba0e3811cce59).
I'm noticing when I try to share the form that I do not have sharing permission, despite being the owner. I'm using Esri products (ArcGIS Pro and Survey123) on a professional license under my university. Could this somehow be an issue of not having sharing privileges?
