It would be awesome to have an option to upload a custom icon, or have a gallery of map symbols or emojis that can be used in the Survey123 rating question. 😀

 

I am building a crowdsourcing survey for dog parks, and would love to replace the stars, or heart symbols with a dog paw icon. 🐾

If you are working in connect, you should be able to do that by putting html to display your icons as the  values for the 'label' column in the choices sheet. Haven't tested but you might even be able to use copy/paste icons in place of html.
