(IMPLEMENTED) Grid theme to be supported in Survey123 web app

My company has published a survey to ArcGIS Online to collect customer interests in our services. We are asking the customer to fill out a survey 123 form and would like the form to support multiple questions per line like it does when published to Portal. The multiple questions per line can reduce the amount of scrolling the user would have to do, make the form more concise and more eye appealing.

Yes to Grids in the Survey123 Web App! We are building out an application for funding and there a lot of questions. Would be great to make the user experience more compact and easier to read

The theme-grid option is wonderful when using on the app. As of late, we have been interested in using this method for our web apps. Some surveys are created for public use, and users will most likely use a web browser to add documents needed for our survey. Would love to see this integrated to the web app for our end users. It is a great design.

I would also like grid theme support in the browser. It seems like right now when you add captchas or other web specific things to connect it breaks the grid theme. This functionality is critical for our org to be able to have public facing surveys that are secure but also not cumbersome to navigate.
