Add download options in Survey123 for report downloads (save in My Content and/or Direct Download)

When generating Reports in Survey123, current behavior sees that report generated and saved in the users Content (if the user is a Creator) or directly downloads the report to the users device (if they're a Mobile Worker). Creators can then download a copy of the report to their device from the copy stored in My Content. This also means that, over time, the user will gradually increase the number of files stored in their Content needing to be deleted.

IDEA: Include a setting in the Manage Reports section of Survey123 (and possible in the Organization settings) controlling whether Reports will either:

A) Save direct to My Content <- no user influence

Save to My Content or Direct Download the report to the users device (no content created in AGOL) <- user to decide at time of report generation

C) Direct Download all reports (no content created in AGOL) <- no user influence

These settings obviously donl't apply to Mobile Workers where generated reports directly download all the time.

This is a setting already when you go to export, but I do agree that you should be able to set it as a default for each survey, if not for all surveys you own or across an organization.

Hi @AlfredBaldenweck . Thanks. Turns out I was a bit naive to the ability for Mobile Workers to download reports (bypassing My Content) which was my primary concern, but yes, it would be good to be able to set this as the default behavior. Will modify my idea to reflect that.
