Allow users to export Survey records by Survey123 Website URL parameters

Hey folks,

I would like to suggest an idea to let users export survey records from survey123 website using URL parameters

here is a scenario:

I have Dashboards present (Not Cleaned Substations) records captured by S123

and need to export them directly by controlling the "Export" tap by URL parameters in the S123 website after filtering the data to present the records in Excel or CSV,

https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys/xxxxxxxx/data?filter=(0.cleanness%20is%20%22Not%20Clean%22)&export=excel

Any possibility to do it? as long as we can control the report tab
