We use Survey123 to handle GIS data requests from a variety of users. We generate an email using Integromat/Make, which sends a PDF (report) that outlines all of the request details to a group of GIS data responders.
In this report, we link to a webmap to view the location of the request as submitted by requestors.
How absolutely amazing would it be if we could put a URL parameter in that report that zooms straight to the feature in question, instead opening a webmap and needing to search for the request in question.
We can already use hyperlinks using the '&find=xyzx' functionality, but this doesn't work in the Survey123 report template.
Have you tried find instead? Set the Search paramas in the web map to the layer and field you want then use find.

Also to use xy you use Center not Find ¢er=<x>,<y>
You can also drop the URL into the email body as a clickable link.
And you can use dynamic content to format the URL within the Feature Report to the correct format for zooming to the location. While it would be plain text, at least it's just a copy-paste.
