A new update to ArcGIS Survey123 is now available. This update includes important fixes to the Survey123 website and web app. Here are the details:
Website:
- BUG-000163011 An organization member with the sharing general privilege could not see the Everyone option when sharing a survey or results on the Collaborate tab.
- BUG-000164386 The error message, "Invalid image URL" is returned while adding some image URLs in the ArcGIS Survey123 website.
- BUG-000163457 The Analyze tab does not display the expected responses of a date question in ArcGIS Enterprise.
- BUG-000163401 The ArcGIS Survey123 website Analyze tab does not honor filters for decimal and integer question types.
- BUG-000151333 BUG-000151355 Set appearance to "hidden" in XLSForm does not hide special note questions (form title, footer, thank you screen content, and CAPTCHA verification text) for Connect surveys.
- BUG-000160293 Applying a strikethrough font resets the text color and size to x-small size in the ArcGIS Survey123 web designer.
Web app
- BUG-000140022 BUG-000140020 Select_multiple question with "minimal" appearance displays an extra choice on the list when the form is opened in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app in a browser on a mobile device.
- BUG-000154738 Using a relevant or body::esri:visible expression on a repeat question with a repeat_count expression does not display or hide the repeat as expected in the web app.
- BUG-000164946 A read only date and time question is not displayed in the expected locale settings.
- On Android 14, a bug was fixed in which an image question whose image source is set as "Browse images or use camera" cannot take a photo from camera.
Report service
- BUG-000160736 Generating a report in ArcGIS Survey123 returns an error message if the feature layer ID contains both numbers and letters.
Our next update is planned for June. This will include critical fixes to the Survey123 Connect and field app, as well as enhancements to the Survey123 website/web app/report service:
- Barcode and Geolist question types in the web designer
- A new Survey123 report widget in Experience Builder
- Filter contents for specified layers when printing a web map in a report
- In Power Automate, actions available in the current Survey123 Connector will be also available in the ArcGIS Connector
