Streetmap Premium 2025.2

I downloaded the Streetmap Premium mapping and streets in order to  have a the ability to customize the layers and enable layer placement. That seems to have happened successfully.  I guess my question is - is there a basemap that is also included with these layers?

I typically use the basemap that would come with Business analyst and then use those layers to customized my basemap.

Hi - I am attempting to recreate our custom basemap (we typically utilized the map that was included with Business Analyst data) and from there customized the layers.  With ArcPRO I understand that is not an option so we purchase the StreetMap Premium product which I state above thought would not only include the FGDB in addition to the associated basemap with feature layers.  It appears I was incorrect on the latter.

   I have downloaded the FGDB (Streetmap Premium)  \StreetMap\US_2025\NA_2025R2_Mapping_FGDB\FGDB\StreetMap_Data\NA_Mapping.gdb.

I used the crosswalk document to determine that WaterAreas have now replaced Map Water Area.

My original basemap contained these Hydrology layers:

My updated map now contains these layers for Hydrology:

Two questions -

1.When I try to label only the Ocean and Seas (Watertype 1) I see labels for Lake Borgne and various Bays, Lagoons and Coves also appear.  Is there a way to only have it label Oceans and Seas ( I saw a priority number but when I put a value for that field in the query - all labeling is removed for that layer)

2. My other question is there a way to have the water continuous?  I see on this map it ends at a certain point - we typically have regional maps - in this case we might include the Gulf Coast line and it appears the water is not complete.  I attempted to make the all other values in the Land layer the same color as the ocean but that does not appear to work .
