Hi, I'm looking for the method and best practices for serving out the StreetMap Premium vector data as layers in Portal/Enterprise. Do we publish them all through the provided MXD copying the data? Should we use the fgdb and reference the data. Is the scaling scheme with 15 different group layers (one for each scale) and efficient way on Portal?
ArcGIS Pro's manages scaling differently. Is it method better during publishing? Is there a Pro version. I'm able to import the MXD into Pro but the "classic" scaling method is maintained?
