"Zonal Statistics as Table" failed

Dear GISers,

I have two files, please check google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B61_JM-jDX9NamNJNUV1Rk5FNnc/edit?usp=sharing

A shape file and a raster file. I want to run Zonal Statistics as Table to calculate the raster statistics with FIPS in shape file. My setting is like that [ATTACH=CONFIG]29440[/ATTACH]

But I got errors
[ATTACH=CONFIG]29441[/ATTACH]

It should be easy and simple, but I really cannot understand why. My version is ArcGIS10.2.

Tianyi,

I have 10.2, just downloaded your data and ran the tool exactly as you had set it up in your images, it ran without error for me!

Suggest you close down ArcMap, start a fresh session and try again?

That is really strange!! My friend also checked that and found no any error, the same with you.
