A few weeks ago, I lost the ability to edit any of my stories (or any content) - error is "hmm...there seems to be an issue." I did the migration successfully. I think it's to do with my user type. It shows as Professional Plus with -1 available. There is a pop-up about migrating the user type, but nothing happens when I click to migrate. I also see renewal date in red with July 21, 2025 (I don't remember seeing any warning about an upcoming expiration back in July). It doesn't allow me to make changes to existing members or add new members.
Professional Plus: 1 assigned, -1 available, 0 total
"After your last renewal, ArcGIS for Personal Use no longer includes a Professional Plus user type, but instead is provisioned with a new Personal Use user type."
From what I can tell, I'm kind of locked out of being able to make any changes to content or settings. Not sure if this is due to the expired renewal date or that I should probably be using a Personal Use user type instead of Professional.

Hey @CKW
This definitely seems like a licensing or migration issue that could be stopping this, possibly even due to the user types changing. I would reach out to Esri support to see if they are able to diagnose the issue as it may take reissuing the license or reconnecting the environment.

I found out I would have to get the $100 personal account or manually recreate everything on a new free account. Not sure why a migrated account doesn't automatically transition to a free account, but I guess that's a way of getting people to purchase a subscription.
