We are not on ArcGIS online, but our own portal/server.
Hi Steve -- Sorry you are having an issue with stories running on your portal. This doesn't sound like any known issue I'm aware of. For troubleshooting issues on Enterprise portals I'd recommend that you please contact Esri Support.
