My colleague is developing a storymap for our university's report. She's inserting imagery from our communications department and keeps getting error messages. The error messages stipulate that the file cannot be larger than 5,000 pixels. Is there any way to get around this? When we reduce pixel size to within the dimensions, we get blurrier images that don't look as good

@RylandLu - We are working with some other teams to be able to relax this restriction in the future, but there is currently no way to upload images that exceed these limits.

However, 5000px and 10MB are still very reasonable limits for images. You can still add high-quality images that meet these criteria. There are many StoryMaps published every day that have detailed, high quality images. When you resize your images, make sure you are not also including too much image compression as that will degrade the quality.
