How do you add numbers to features in an ArcGIS Online StoryMap map tour?

I'm putting together a StoryMap for one of my clients and after viewing my initial draft, one of their pieces of feedback was that they wanted a number assigned to each feature, just like the example below. However, I've been poking through the settings and I haven't found an option for adding numbers, without getting rid of the grid layout for the sidecar. I'm feeling like it's probably just staring me in the face at this point haha, but Google hasn't been any help on the matter.

@Mike_RPC - Currently, guided tour layouts are numbered while explorer tour layouts are not numbered.
