Hello,
I am creating a Story Map and am including an Express Map within, with number points representing spots of interest in a neighborhood.
While I am able to add and save these numbered points to the project, I am unable to save the actual information associated with the point. I have tested it using a single word (Title, Description) and in the boxes and a test image to see if the issue is coming from entering large amounts of text/text with multiple "tabs" for new paragraphs, but no luck. Nothing saves besides new added points.
Thank you for any suggestions.

@JasmineLlamas -- I'm sorry you are having an issue preserving information in your express map feature pop-ups. We just did some testing and are unable to reproduce the issue in ArcGIS Online or the latest version of ArcGIS Enterprise.
Are you clicking the Save button at the bottom of the side panel before saving the map back to the story? We recognize this workflow could be improved, but currently you must be sure to save the pop-up information in the panel before clicking the Save button at the bottom right.
If this isn't the issue, we would recommend that you please contact Esri Support so one of our tech support analysts can help you troubleshoot this issue further.

I can't believe the solution was this simple! Yes, not clicking the Save button on the left side was the issue. In my defense, with the way my screen is set, I couldn't see anything below the description box and didn't assume it was scroll-able.
Thank you!
