Occasionally we have users that want to use a less-than (<) or greater-than (>) symbol directly in their StoryMap's text, or they want to include an HTML tag (e.g., <video>) in the text as text, not as code. To do this, they need to use &lt; and &gt; in place of directly entering < or > in the text. For example, &lt;video&gt; produces <video> when the story is viewed.

Currently, if the user directly enters < or > in the StoryMap builder, the it shows the text fine as the author edits, however, the text is not actually saved. Once they reload or reopen their story, the text is missing.

It would be helpful to have instructions on how to enter < and >, or HTML tags as text, as part of Add narrative text or elsewhere in the user experience of the editor, so that users hopefully could more easily figure out how to enter text in their story that can be confused with HTML tags.

@PeterKnoop -- Good timing -- we already had a fix for this, and it's going out in next Wednesday's release!
