Allow Text to be added above the Navigation Bar

It would be great if it was possible to add text above the Navigation Bar, into the Story Cover, please see example below.

This would be useful to include introductory text prior to the user scrolling down to the Navigation Bar which they can then use to launch into the relevant parts of the StoryMap.
