Ability to custom rotate map on guided tours, etc

Sometimes maps at the street level are easier to understand on a grid where street corners are 90 degrees.

This would also be useful for us when we're creating guided tours of natural features like rivers, as it would allow us to orientate the map so the user is following the river from source to sea.
