To identify the high concentrations of car accidents using Arcmap

Hi all, I have a CSV file of car accidents as I do have the XY in the csv. I wanted to show the high concentrations of car accidents using HOT SPOTS. I used the points density tool, is that correct? I just need confirmation on the tool that I applied to create this accident's hot spots as raster? 

I attached the file to explain what I wanted to create?

Also test Kernel Density, if it gives a more desirable result.

Thanks, I tried kernal, it gives a smoother presentaion of points with no population. Thanks 🙂
