Spatial Analysis Question

Good morning everyone,

I'm working for the first time on SAR data and i find myself stucked. I have polygons of landslides and i have the points from the SAR data with the velocity for every point. I need to calculate the mean velocity of the control points inside every polygon, so i tried using Summarize Within but it still gives my this 100014: Summarize within failed.

I checked the names of the fields and they should not overpass the limit of the geodatabase files.

so this should narrow down the cause
