Hello all. I am trying to see how land use cover affects the community assemblages of macroinvertebrates in streams. According to the literature, there should be less species richness and diversity in streams near urban areas.
I am currently doing a hot spot analysis, which will give me the stats and such. But won't that just tell me that the cluster of X species in the northern part of the state is significant? What tool/method can I use to make the connection between land use and species density (I am going to use a different method for diversity)?
