How to merge the mosaic raster data sets into a single one?

Hi colleagues,
I downloaded a set of raster data (Digital Terrain Elevation Data (DTED) Level 0 China) from Geocommunity at the website http://data.geocomm.com/. Please tell me how to merge these mosaic data set into a single raster data. Attached please find the file in .mxd format. Thanks.
